Friday Joke: What’s the best way?
Lost, bewildered, befuddled and alone, a businessman decided to pop into a nearby pub to have his lunch and try and get some directions.
“What’s the best way to get to Oldham?” he asks the barman.
The barman looks up from polishing his pint pots for a moment and looks at him quizically. “You’re an awful long way from Oldham here, mate. It’s over a hundred miles away!”
“I know, I know! I just got lost!” exclaims the businessman. “But what’s the best way to get there?”
“Hmm… are you walking or driving?
“Er… well I’m driving,” says the businessman.
“You’re all right then,” says the barman. “That’s definitely the best way.”
