		<description>I&#039;m disappointed that the contrast and text are not in level A, they really don&#039;t take much effort to achieve (on a website at least). I&#039;ve never been keen on partial/split site conformance and I think the increasing use of video (attracts the eyeballs don&#039;t-ya-know) will be a real barrier to the widespread attainment of this level. 

My (non-legal-based) judgement of the DDA measure of reasonableness would also fall short of the audio-description on all video and hence as it&#039;s a complete package it would be argued that the level as a whole would be deemed as such. So, while I have always argued that WCAG1.0AA was reasonably easy to achieve and therefore was the defacto minimum, I don&#039;t think this applies to WCAG2.0AA.

Therefore I believe this will result in most self-selecting level A and not bother with any of the other criteria at this level; and therefore I&#039;m even more annoyed about the bits that I believe should be in level A.</description>
